I'm Not OVERWEIGHT!

Its been over a year since I wrote. I am now officially no longer overweight.

I temper this good news with the fact that I am officially obese. Given my height and weight my BMI (body mass index) is 30.5, Obese Class 1! Not to worry. I am back on it. The good news is if I can either grow 2 inches taller or with 5 pounds of weight loss I return to being simply overweight. That sounds hot. I will shoot for that
